1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur nominal hourly charges.
- All adult guests must present valid Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the reception upon arrival. PAN card is not accepted as address proof.
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
- Advance payment or deposit is required to confirm room reservations, especially during peak holiday periods and festival weekends.
- Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or Bank Transfer through verified channels.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the check-in date are eligible for full or partial refunds minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows may incur retention charges equivalent to the first night's tariff.
4. Property Conduct & Safety
Guests are expected to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. The resort is located directly along the marine drive; guests must exercise caution when swimming in the ocean and heed beach safety flags and lifeguard instructions.
